The health of your teeth is our first priority. Below is information for keeping your smile healthy:
Good dental care starts with a biannual cleaning by a professional dental hygienist. Brush your teeth twice a day for two minutes with a soft-bristled brush, and floss daily. The size and shape of your toothbrush should allow you to reach all areas easily. Use an ADA-approved toothpaste containing fluoride, which protects your teeth from decay. Some preventative helpers we recommend:
- Sonicare Toothbrush
- Water Pik
- Gum containing Xylitol for those times when you cannot brush immediately after eating. (available in drug stores and at sprydental.com)
- Tongue scraper
