Good dental care starts with a biannual cleaning by a professional dental hygienist. Brush your teeth twice a day for two minutes with a soft-bristled brush, and floss daily. The size and shape of your toothbrush should allow you to reach all areas easily. Use an ADA-approved toothpaste containing fluoride, which protects your teeth from decay.
